Join us at the store on Saturday, June 1st at 11am for Story Time, where we will be reading “Are You a Bee?” by Judy Allen, with illustrations by Tudor Humphries. Narrated from the perspective of a honeybee, we learn how busy the world of the backyard is. A young bee faces many challenges as it takes its place in the hive and joins in the work of the bee community. The detailed illustrations and witty, interactive text bring this familiar creature to life as children learn all about honeybee life cycles and behavior, and how similar they might be afterall to these fascinating animals.

The event is free, but we would appreciate it if you call ahead to reserve a spot as our space is limited.
